 
        
          Silent Meditation Retreat
Join Us For A Day of Silence!
This is a day you can devote to deepening your meditation practice through sitting, walking, and stretching in extended silence. This special gathering will include a variety of meditative practices including loving-kindness (Metta) meditation, gentle stretching, body scan, walking meditation, and other practices. Aside from question and answer periods, the duration will be in silence and from this, comes the greatest transformation. Lisa and Scott will provide gentle guidance for meditations and a group debriefing to close.
Who Should Attend:
- Mindfulness students 
- New meditators looking to start a practice 
- Seasoned meditators looking to deepen their practice 
- Yogis and Yoga teachers looking to enhance their practice 
- Everyone 
The Day Of:
- Avoid outside stimulation morning of retreat (TV, social media, news etc.). 
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. 
- Upon arrival, please enter in silence. 
- Avoid the urge to greet others as you dedicate this day to awareness. 
What To Bring:
- Comfortable clothes and layers 
- Water Bottle 
- Yoga mat or blanket 
- Open Mind 
What Not to Bring:
- Cell Phone
